Breath of the Wild In-Game Description

Sneaky Fruitcake is a piece of food in Breath of the Wild.

Breath of the Wild

Sneaky Fruitcake can be made in a lit Cooking Pot using Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar, Apple, Wildberry and any other ingredient with a "Sneaky" effect (i.e., Blue Nightshade, Sneaky River Snail, Silent Shroom, Stealthfin Trout, or Silent Princess). The recipe which maximises the effect would be Tabantha Wheat, Cane Sugar, Apple, Wildberry, and Silent Princess.

Regardless of the exact mixture, two different fruits must be used, at least one ingredient must have a "Sneaky" effect, and there must be no ingredient with any other effect. The resulting dish will give a variable degree and duration of a stealth boost to Link's movement and so make him less noticeable by enemies, depending on the exact mixture used, as well as restoring an also-variable number of hearts. Cooking under a Blood Moon may increase this effect.

Note that, although it is a "neutral" fruit, using Palm Fruit as one of two fruits will create Sneaky Simmered Fruit or a Sneaky Fruit and Mushroom Mix, not Sneaky Fruitcake.
