Given the recent circumstances the world is facing many people have found themselves working from home for the first time.
Do you prefer to work from home or go to the office? Perhaps a combination of the two?
I've never had to work from home for my job except a single day when I was a little unwell back when I was working in Tokyo, so I don't really have any idea of what it feels like to work from home on a regular basis. I like the idea of having the flexibility to work from home but I wouldn't like to do it every day. I think work from home over a long period of time has the potential to get somewhat isolating since one of my favourite aspects of going to work has always been the socialisation and opportunity to make new friends. Working from home a few days per week would probably be a nice balance to me, but I imagine people who live in small apartments or who live with loud families may find it somewhat more difficult to work from home at all.
