I would have to say a Zora too. I love water but can't swim and always wanted to.

I would like to be Hylian. I like being human and exploring and plus the Hylians seem to be able to use magic so that would be cool. I'd also like to be either a Garo(NINJAS!!!) or a Twili(for teleporting). I'm not really sure exactly.

I would be a Deku Scrub (Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask) and just help out everyone as much as I can. Then again, being Hylian doesn't sound bad as well!
