Classic enemies such as moblin, stalfos, darknut, tinsuit, and some other forgotten enemies from classic games...

The Iron Knuckles of Ocarina of Time and the Darknuts of Twilight Princess are my two candidates that I venture forth. TP's enemies were already realistic, if they had that Crystal Tools spin applied to them, I think they would be absolutely gorgeous (not that they aren't in TP, of course). The Iron Knuckles, while I've yet to see them in OoT3D, seemed to have the architectural make up for an HD twist to do wonders on them. That is my opinion, of course.

Iron Knuckles, Mainly to bring them back to the series but who wouldn't wanna see them in HD too?
ReDeads, Stalfos and Wolfos would also all be even more awesome in HD, Imagine the amount of detail they'd be getting making them more scary or cool.

I can imagine regular enemies like these would be awesome, But what would be just mind blowing must be the boss encounters. Imagine fighting a giant Dragon, breathing fire and containing lots of details in HD?? :D

Iron Knuckles seem to be coming up a lot. Looks like people want them back more than I realized. *quickly writes something in notebook*

I think this entire thread can basically be summed up in that everything in Zelda would look good in HD. Some enemy redesigns would be more anticipated than others (Lizalfos and Iron Knuckles, for instance), but every enemy I can think of would profit tremendously from an HD overhaul.

Yes.
