Currently i'm in the middle of The Two Towers and the first novel in the discworld series, but I haven't read in a while.
Been thinking of going back and reading the hobbit and fellowship since its been too long. Need to read more.
been a long long time since I read my copy of the big paperback of Lord of the Rings where I have the old 2002-2003 paperback that has Ian Gandalf on the front cover. I still love that book. Read it like 3 or 4 times like 20 years ago pretty much. Wouldn't mind re-reading it again just for the heck of it

I'm almost done reading "Aristotle and Dante dive into the waters of the world" (a sequel to "Aristotle and Dante discover the secrets of the universe) by Benjamin Alire Saenz (only 100 pages left to read). This duology is really worth reading and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful and captivating love story.

I love that story so much.

Oh, oops, sorry about the typos in my previous post above, I fixed it.
No worries, we all make typos. I tend to overlook them cuz "to error is human, to forgive divine."

Have you read only The Inferno? Or the rest of Dante's Divine Comedy?

I'm reading: 1989: The Fall of the Soviet Empire (Sebestyen). This book perfectly illustrates the post WW2 situation in eastern Europe behinf the iron curtain. Some great parts, some very boring parts too though,

I feel somewhat ashamed that I read this last year for the first ever time, and that it took me almost a year to get through it. Not in a bad way, just that my life at the time meant I had like 2 hours free time a day, and that was juggling everything in life. I have to re read it at some point though - I'm one of these that takes more in on the 2nd run of things.

Anyway, not as exciting as others, but I'm currently reading Ian Rankin - Mortal Causes. I have a huge love for Scotland, and I love how immersed I can get in these books because of that. Plus, I really do like the stories themselves, and ashamedly can relate to Rebus on a personal level in a moody sense.

I'm actually currently sorting through my books for ones to give to charity - went through a phase of buying books in bulk, to the point I now have about 600 books, and some personal stuff in life made me realise that I won't have time to read them in my lifetime, and I'd rather other people have the chance to pick them up.

Blood in the Garden: The Flagrant History of the 1990s New York Knicks by Chris Herring. It is a reread and 10/10. Before that I was reading Console Wars: Sega, Nintendo and the Battle that Defined a Generation by Blake J. Harris. Great background on that rivalry and how the video game industry became what it is today. A must-read for any video game fans.
