You get it after killing a boss beast hidden in Ikana Canyon.

timeline mask. wearing alows you to go to any point in the three days without going back to the clock tower or saving your game it would make it super easy to do time based sidequests or completelong dungeons.

boss remains. not a new mask, but i would change it so you can transform into whatever boss the mask is of. (or at least give you some of their powers)

mole mask. allows you to dig just beneath the ground to avoid enemies and find underground treasure. cant dig through stone or metal ground.

Anouki mask (the little ice guys in PH and ST)- Transformation mask, lets you skate on ice really fast with A, if you are skating click B to ram with your horns, and if you are still, you do a little uppercut with your horns with B

Fire dancer mask- hold B to start dancing with fire. Hurts enemies near you, but uses magic power. (unless you are near a fire source, like a torch or something)

Gender Mask: Makes you into the opposite gender. Drains stamina when NOT is use, so you have to use it to recover you stamina.

Gryphon Mask - Turns you into a gryphon - an enormous mythical beast that can fly, and if you chose to be, a terrible beast of war. You'll have huge claws and a huge beak. The drawbacks are that most people will be terrified of you and that you'll have an attraction to Epona to try to eat her. (Traditionally, in myth/fantasy, gryphons love horsemeat). This is a good mask to go after large bosses with.

Spirit Mask - Turns you into a ghost and enables you to communicate with the undead - and not just the Stalchildren in Ikana Canyon. You'll actually be able to *speak* to and *understand* Gibdoes, ReDeads and Poes. You'll also get the rare privilage of going to "the other side" to speak with people who have passed on completely. Perhaps the dead have advice to offer you in your quest...

Diplomat Mask. The Diplomat Mask allows the wearer to understand and communicate in any language, and also makes the wearer a very likeable person upon meeting strangers. It will not change the opinion of people who already met you unless you always wear it around them. The downside of this mask is that when worn for extended periods of time it can have an adverse effect on one's personality, making the wearer gradualy become more and more uncaring, cold, and eventually completely emotionless and indifferent to the world around them.

Shoop Da Whoop Mask: lets you fire a shoop da whoop beam but consumes all magic
Vampire mask: increases all your stats and slowly restores health but makes you lose life energy while your outside in the day or when you consume healing items, also makes everyone you talk to afraid of you and run away, (Gotten from healing a vampire,using the song, who wishes to die, a mask is left behind and tranforms you into him)
Possesor Mask: Always the wearer to make their soul leave their body and inhabit a weak-willed creature and control them (Defeat a 'grand' Poe and play the song of healing to send it to the afterlife peacefully, The Grand Poe is a giant Poe which is much more powerful and can summon regular poes to help fight)

The Michael mask:You start to dance to beat it,thriller,and man in the mirror with a different effect for each song.For beat it,you dance while shooting beams from sword,but costs magic if you don't have full life.For thriller,you turn into wolf form until you get hit 5 times.As wolf,you run faster,can talk to animals,do more powerful attacks,do quick combos,can stun enemies,and take half damage from dark attacks.And for man in the mirror,your imvinsiple until magic runs out and run 5 times faster.

As for mine... there's all sorts of insane ideas one could come up with, but I can think of two in particular...

Devil's Mask - A face found incredibly terrifying by anyone who sees it.
10 Ton Mask - Makes the wearer incredibly heavy.

So.. the Goron Mask?

Anyway, how about a Dark Link Mask? Turns you into Dark Link, maybe with some shadow abilities. But because he's evil, you can't enter what would normally be friendly territory unless you take the mask off. You'd probably have to work out some kinks, but it could be cool I think.
