I think an Adventure of Link remake would have tons of potential, but I think the games I'd most like to see given a second look would be A Link to the Past and Majora's Mask. For A Link to the Past I really just would like to see a game with its kind of structure- lots of dungeons with little padding in between and little emphasis on story. Majora's Mask could benefit from some new content such as a wait feature like in Elder Scrolls games, and I think Majora's Mask would be excellent for a Master Quest. All of the dungeons have layouts that would be easy to switch around the progression of the in-dungeon tasks since they each have central rooms with rooms branching off in different directions.

Definitely Link To The Past & Majora's Mask. Both deserve to be remade, in their own way.
