What UserGroup Do You Need To Be Apart of to Make a Tournament in the Arcade?

I recently tried to create a tournament in the arcade, but it said that I must be in a specific user group to create one. So like, could someone tell me what user group you need to be in to create tournaments?

Just a member. There is no special usergroup needed to participate in the arcade You can create a tournament yourself or participate in one.
