I would think Pokemon Black/White because it is the latest Pokemon game and many people would want to know as much as possible about the latest Pokemon game.

I would really like to see FR/LG or emerald first but if they do start a walkthrough I think starting with R/B and going through the games in order would be good instead of it being in a random order.
