Sometimes you have things in life where things just happened, and you have no idea why or how it happened. Most of the time it just bewilders or amazes the person, other times it can just be flat out hilarious.

I don't know whether to be frustrated or amazed, but I find absolutely hilarious.

When I passed my drivers license exam I wanted to call my oldest sister to tell her the happy news. So I picked up the phone and dialect het number. Right after I pressed the final key (yep, good old phones) I heard her talk to her husband. This was EXACTLY after I pressed the final key. She just picked up her phone to dial our number. So we both were like WTF?!

When my ex-girl friend told me she loved me, wanted to go steady, and then ghosted me right after. Like WTF?! I did not ask her to say “I love you,” or even propose girl friend & boy friend because she was in love last year and I thought she needed to fully get over the loss of that relationship, so I did not put any pressure for anything beyond friendship and flirting.

Sigh…

Popped out my kneecap playing table tennis about 9 years ago! I had been making great progress with my leg strength, doing 880lb leg presses and then a good kickboxing session that very morning. In the evening I decided to play table tennis with my friends. I believe the gym and kickboxing had weakened my knees for the day as I ended up jumping and twisting my knee during what should have been a non dangerous sport. Next thing I knew I was on the floor and the kneecap had popped out. Highly unpleasant experience and don't recommend.

Very much a dude.
There was a dude in judo class during college.

Now, judo's a tough martial art, and I did it for a while, and I respect anyone that can keep getting up after finding out how much gravity is a *****.

Now, we had the typical suspects joining the class. One dude was misogynistic as hell, started going off how girls and women aren't as strong as dudes and all that nonsense. I knew him in high school debate, and he was a chud then.

Well, this particular day, we're learning the throw, Uchi-Mata.

It's a particular throw, and when done fast, can cause you to hit the mat hard. Definitely do not recommend taking one full force.

Well, we all get paired up, we're learning, all taking turns, and the chud got paired with this particularly short gal. Nothing against any of that, but he's being all tough and ****, and she had enough. On her turn we hear a particularly loud thud, and I look over to just catch her doing a full force Uchi-Mata throw and the dude landing directly on his kidneys. It happened so fast.

We all did a collective, "Oooff." We've all taken a few hard throws, so that comes with the turf, but this one was particularly brutal.

Dude leaves for the day. I see him next class, cause I had it on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and some dudes were asking if he was alright, and turns out, the dude pissed blood, or at least, that's what I heard.

So, that solidified what I already suspected was true. Chicks are just as good dudes at things, even traditionally "manly" martial arts like judo and wrestling.

Like, it's obvious, so obvious it's common sense. But... it's crazy when you see something like that.

Damn, props to her.

When I was a tween my friend and I were battling with lightsabers near a creek, he had a blue saber and I a wood one that was forged by my dad to my specifications. The police showed up and reached for their guns to shoot us, they then when we dropped are lightsabers harshly frisked us and chided us, and threatened us.

My respect for law enforcers never recovered from that. It was a WTF moment, we had lightsabers, and were kids!

Oh and police confiscated my wood lightsaber that was no different than wood base ball bat, rounded and such.

I still don't trust police for this day, though I have respect for the principle of law enforcement, there's way too much corruption in the world, it's hard for me to be relaxed when I hear sirens outside my window. I'm always afraid they're going to arrest me for some stupid reason. I am willing to cooperate with the police if something were to happen, but my trust in them has really reads to rock bottom. I know some officials aren't corrupt, but others are, and that's what scares me.

I respect the law and have known good cops, many went to my church. But I have been persecuted by law enforcers too, so I know its not a case of “defund the police,” nor “they are heroes.” Its complicated.

A WTF moment for me was a girl in High School who acted like she liked me, I asked her on date and she reveals the whole thing was to make her boyfriend jealous.

**** testing is disgusting if you ask me
Yeah, my first girl friend after that date knew her and said she is a witch (replace first letter with a b) and that she does that.

Today my Switch was chugging so hard, because I had to redownload all of my software for my new SD card, and it got so bottled down to the point, it took me an hour after reformatting and selecting redownload on all of the software, just to get to sleep mode.

Then I decided to contact a company called Cogniteq, who helped me figure out this issue. They also have a great article about this https://www.cogniteq.com/flutter-app-development that I recommend to everyone who, like me, is not an expert in software.
I don't know whether to be frustrated or amazed, but I find absolutely hilarious.
It sounds like you had quite the experience with your Switch! Technology can be both frustrating and amusing at times, especially when it doesn't go as planned. Having to redownload everything can definitely be a test of patience, but it's great that you can find humor in it. It’s moments like these that remind us how unpredictable tech can be. Hopefully, your new SD card helps speed things up once everything is downloaded!

Turns out I had to get another SD card, because of that happening, but now it's working fine. The previous one actually was a fake terabyte as it actually didn't hold that much space. Which is why it was chugging.
