about 10 years ago now actually, I just randomly saw GTA Vice City in my PS3 digital purchases list
unless I was sleep...playing(?), this was NOT done by me despite my intention to do so anyway, and I asked my brother's girlfriend at the time who was there if my brother had used it or something and she said no

while I definitely don't believe he would just buy it for me out of the blue like that w/o saying anything, there's genuinely no other possible way for that game to be in my purchases list, unless it was some miracle fluke of a lifetime

Did you check your purchase history on your bank account to see if it was charged on your credit or debit card?

I had my kindle freeze so asked amazon what to do and they were like oh you have to do a factory reset!!! The freeze happened again and i just deleted some stuff and it worked again...
Talk about terrible service, a factory reset should be reserved as a last resort!

My major WTF moment was when I nearly left my body twice and died.. its a strange sensation unlike anything I have felt in this life, but you know you are dying, its unmistakable.

Yikes. Anyway, I just had a WTF moment when I was playing Sly 1, and I pressed circle to enter the vault code on the last vault. And for reference, you cannot do that unless you beat the game and collect all the clue bottles and that level. Doesn't matter which level is the last one you get all the clue bottles in. But for some reason when I pressed circle to enter the vault code, the dialog box where Bentley tells the volt combination didn't appear, so I had to brute force the combination. Which thankfully didn't take that long. But seriously, WTF Bentley, do your job!
