My favourite game is Twilight Princess. I love almost everything about it, but I absolutely hate the part where you have to accompany Ilia and Telma to Kakariko to save the Zora boy. Probably because I suck at that part? Also, I don't like the final collection of tears at Lake Hylia very much.

I hate OoT's ending. I hate the fact that such an amazing game has to end.

Seriously though I hate the Bottom of the Well as well. It took me hours of exploring and falling through invisible walls into the arms of pervert zombies before I got anywhere.

I noticed a couple people mentioned the well dungeon in OoT and it reminded me of the first time I did it: I followed a Bubble (skull on fire, blue I think) through some hallways. I fell at some point, then I saw a Triforce symbol. I played Zelda's Lullaby, then the water flooded and I ended up somewhere else. Not knowing where to go, I saw another Bubble wandering around and I ended up following it to the room with the Lens of Truth (or whatever the final item to the dungeon was). To this day, I still don't know how that worked; I don't think I did that right. XD

My favorite game is MM, but my least favorite part of it is having to play as the Goron in the snow temple. I just felt like he was clunky and slow, and I really hated being forced to be him. I like the Goron racing though. XD

There's only one Bubble in the well and follows a circular route around the dungeon. Also, most of the dungeon is pointless to finding the lense. A skilled player can actually avoid the dungeon entirely and complete the game without the lense, but it takes dedication.

MM's my favorite game, and I think I've got to go with that game's Beneath the Well as my least favorite part. There have been a lot of complaints about OoT's Well, but at least that one was atmospheric. In MM, it's just fetch quest after fetch quest, and what feels like hours of finding random crap for a few dozen Gibdos, half of which are guarding doors that lead to absolutely nothing. There are obvious traps everywhere that just make you feel stupid every time you hit one. And it's unavoidable. God I hate that place.

Oh that's easy for me. The Sky from Skyward Sword. It was awful, so little in it it was so under used it's not even funny. More then that it was just so empty.

Wind Waker - The seemingly endless sailing. That's about it.
Link's Awakening - The game is over too soon :-P

My favourite game is OoT. My least favourite part? Yes, it's cliche and everyone will jump on me for just sucking at it being the reason I dislike it, but I am going to say it anyway because it's true: I hate the Water Temple. It takes me HOURS even though I've played through the game hundreds of times. I always forget certain keys, I hate changing the water levels, I hate the Iron Boots, and you go through all of that to get to the easiest boss of all the adult dungeons other than the Spirit Temple. Where is the reward in that?
For it being my favourite game, there are quite a few things I dislike about it LOL- I also dislike the Ice Cavern as it feels like a waste of time, I don't like the Biggoron trade sequence because it's tedious, and I hate that you can't really steer Epona whilst using the bow (although this is only relevant to the Big Poe sidequest).

Majora's Mask is a close second, but there is less I dislike about the game. I guess a lot of OoT for me is nostalgia, which is why I love it despite it's flaws. I don't like the save system either, I preferred the normal system used in OoT, which was more fail-safe for people like me who forget and have to redo dungeons millions of times.
