What if Link Had a Day Job?

He works on a farm. You know, one of those great big farms that grow plants and breed animals to sell. He'd work there because he's good with animals and because he has the picking veggis down to pat. And in his free time, he plays X instrument.

I see it now, Link is in castle town market selling his leftover arrows, bombs, sheilds, swords, (not the master sword) and other stuff after he defeats the boss of the game hes in.
but in the real world he would probaly be a lawn tender searching each and every bit of grass for money.

I hate to say this but he'd probably be a butcher. Cutting cows for castle town. Yup...

That's exactly what I thought he would be.

No one else would be better at it then him since he could use the Master Sword. No other butcher can match the all mighty Master Sword.

My eleven year old cousin who's never played zelda but has been hyped off it from me actually thought that Link's real job in the games was to cut people's grass, because of misinterpreting jokes she saw in fancomics about cutting grass for rupees xD

Aside from his grass-cutting job though, he'd run an unusual agency that takes on odd jobs for solving people's problems....or just problems that no one else wants to deal with xD Lost your dog? Go see Link! Need a dragon tamed? Check out Link's agency! Have to get back a kidnapped daughter? Link's your man!
Hmmm....now the agency just needs a catchy name....

And hairdresser Link would be great He must cut with the Master Sword though! A customer plops down into the chair nervously, and Link presses his boot onto the edge of the seat, grinning cheekily at the customer's nervous gaze trained on him slowly drawing his sword. "And what kind of haircut would you like today?"
And then the customer would squeeze his eyes shut and hear snipping for one scary moment and then Link would chuckle and whirl the chair around towards the mirror. And when the customer finally opened his eyes and saw his reflection beside the eager grin and twinkling eyes of his hairdresser's face....
...he would know why Link was known for being the best hairdresser in Hyrule

Aside from cutting grass, I can see Link being a bodyguard of sorts-safely escorting people through places with enemy activity for a fee. I can also imagine Link as a bounty hunter. Well, he'd be different, as he would only hunt enemies (monsters) near or around areas where people live. After defeating and/or dispatching the enemy, he is rewarded (paid) based on the enemy's difficulty and stuff.

I kinda wish some of my ideas were in an actual Zelda game.
