I mean, they had the entirety of the Triforce, and while I don't have the Hyrule Historia currently with me, I believe they said Hyrule entered a "Golden age." (Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.) Also, we'll eventually get new news, they just haven't made a game they think fills the role of following up Adventure of Link in the timeline.

The thing is though is that the Legend Of Zelda and Zelda II hero is the Last hero but maybe they just stay in the Golden Age

The truth is we just don't know yet. Just because nothing currently comes after Zelda 2 in the timeline doesn't mean nothing actually happened after. It just means a game has simply not been made yet to fill that space.

Ganon not getting resurrected doesn't mean anything. He cant die permanently and there will always be those wanting to bring him back so its almost certain that he will be returning somewhere down the line.

Keep in mind it's a downfall timeline, things aren't really that great, it's dark times compared to the other timelines. Ganondorf seems more like a constant threat on the downfall timeline so it's like there are no breaks.

Ganon was killed in The Legend of Zelda, in Zelda 2 people are trying to Ganon by using Link's blood, but fail. Does this mean a era of peace will be ushered in? Maybe, but we can't be sure and even if it does you can bet it won't last long (it never does).

Like G-King said, we just don't know for sure what happens. We do know the the Zelda Link saved from the sleeping spell isn't the same Zelda from The Legend of Zelda, it's that Zelda's ancestor. So pretty much by the end of Zelda 2 there are two princesses, which always left me thinking that maybe there would be confusion and fighting over who should rule Hyrule.

If I had to guess I'd say that Hyrule flourishes and enjoys an era of peace, until the next demonic villain shows up many generations later.

In that time Link grows old, making many memories with his two best friends, each princesses named Zelda that he bravely rescued (one or both adopt an affectionate nickname to avoid confusion). Link goes on to join the ranks of the Hylian Knights, and over the years thwarts a number of attempts of several of Ganon's loyalists to capture and sacrifice him.

He eventually passes in his sleep at an old age, and is cremated. Queen Zelda make records of his heroic deeds, that many years later, one day inspire a young Hylian man, of humble origins, who takes up the Hero's green tunic.

It doesn't seem like a downfall at that oint in history. Looks like Hyrule is becoming more normal and overall average fantasy kingdom. They seem to not know much of their history any longer, they know nothing of Hylia, Demise, even Ganondorf or the ancient technological past. They have the triforce in the hands of the royal family but I doubt they know as much about its origins as the Hylians of OoT did. They are still not as far off as the child timeline in Spirit Tracks where they might as well retitle everything because all things Hyrule are totally abandoned at that point.

I do with they would go forward with this branch again. They have been moving backwards ever since ALTTP and only going further with each sequel.
