Definitely sleep.

Since starting at my job, I found that I actually work faster and harder when I'm working on a lack of sleep. That's probably because, when I'm fully rested, I just want to keep resting, whereas if I'm only partially rested, I can get up and do things before finally getting a good rest. It's not uncommon for me to go to bed at 3-4AM, then wake up at 8 to go to work, and I actually feel great! My days off are "rest days" so to speak, when I sleep until afternoon.

Between the time I get home at 5:30ish and the time I go to bed, I relax, but I don't actually rest. I don't get the recommend amount of sleep for my age group, but I don't ever feel tired. I have no problem with sacrificing some sleep.
