I can not tell you how much I love this song.
I just get this strange feeling each time I listen to it and I don't know how to describe it.
All of the songs from Majora's Mask are really good, but I really love this song the most.
I listen to this song on my iPod. My favourite part of it is the haphazard mish-mash banging of percussion instruments at the very end which I believe signify Majora's craziness and psychopathy. It's all nice and cheery at the start, a happy town, but it turns ominous right at the end where we first see the moon looming over Clock Town which really sets up the sense of forboding that pervades the game. It's a great example of music telling and aiding stories that the Zelda team does so well, like with Wind Waker's opening.
Personally, my favourite songs are the Song of Storms, Gerudo Valley, Dragon Roost Island, Faron Woods and probably most of all, Hyrule Field from Twilight Princess. That chorus in Hyrule Field is stunning.
