Spoiler: About 3 hours in

I finished the first dungeon last night and returned to castle town this morning. After that I went west to the ranch and started the horse quest. I found the horse but was so wrapped up in exploring that I went all the way to Kakariko Village before I remembered the horse. Exploring is so much fun.
