Ashai, no contest. The SS one is like... the worst. It's literally just the sword tutorial.

I'd say that the Knight's Academy is the best and biggest one. It is also the only one out of these that has a bigger connection to the overall story of it's game, which makes it more memorable

The characters are relevant through the entire game and it's always nice to have a place that feels like home
