Does anyone else get those cramps in your chest where it hurts like hell if you breathe deeply and you just have to wait for them to dissapear out of nowhere?

That might be it, but they happen randomly instead of just when running- ex. just lying in bed and you get one

I'm looking at a diagram and I think the pain is more in the chest than the side, like left boob area (where your heart would be if your body was flipped) so maybe not a side stitch idk

Maybe your sternum is inflamed? Either way, hopefully just resting will make it feel better. If it's a recurring thing though, you probably should mention it to your doctor.

Yes! I read an article on this and it's exactly what happens to me. It usually stops happening for people in their 20s apparently, and it's usually caused by bad posture and inactivity (which would explain a lot, LOL). Thank you, I've been wondering about this all my life!
