The One Thing You Can't Go a Day Without Having/doing?

Aside from obvious answers like breathing, I can't go a single day without music.

This notebook that I carry, I have the next story after Power of the Elements written in there along with character profiles. I cannot go anywhere without it....I would go crazy if I lose it or forget it.

I can't go a day without music. In some form of way I always have it on. It begins to feel like someone is watching me if I don't have it on lol. I also can't go a day without reading, reading has been a part of my life since I began to read. My mom had said I started around age 4, and since then I'd always had a book on me to read

Kiss my family goodbye knowing that I could die that day and never see them again. Hug them goodbye knowing that we may part ways eventually. Let them know I love them before I part ways for the day.
