A Link to the Past Super Bombs

Hey guys, I need help on how to get the Super Bomb in order to get the Silver Arrow. I'm about to face Ganon, got all of the seven maidens, went to that bomb shop and I still don't see any Super Bombs. Some assistance please?

Did you get the Tempered Sword from the smiths near Kakariko Village? I remember the first time I played it, I never had Super Bombs either, until I went and did that. So that could be your problem, if nothing else.

also did you remember to throw the sword in the fair fountain behind the cracked wall to get the golden sword?
