i agree with neon that softclaims only creates a more interesting and enjoyable environment but i dislike ambiguous rules and softclaim only games have an issue where i'm never sure how far a claim can go before it counts as a hardclaim.

It was a lord of the rings game with 2 defenders and a doc. I breadcrumbed that I was aragorn and the other defender said "did gondor call for aid" trying to tell me hey I'm defender too but I missed it. The doc was outed. Would've basically had defender on defender on doc on defender
