Im not sure exactly where, but you can look up Mases' Skyward Sword walkthrough on Youtube and he shows you the best way to tackle down any part of that game. BTW you should have posted this on the Help Thread. hope I helped you out a little.

well, is hard to understand what you mean, but if I remember the rope during the Din silent realm, there is a little tunnel for Link to crawl, I think it should be bombed, I am not sure

You can't bomb it since you don't have items in the Silent Realm. The tunnel is just there for you to crawl through.

just look for the little hole in the side of the rock wall
