I liked the Twilight Princess shopkeepers. The Malo Mart in Castle town was 
but at least it was funny, and somewhat interesting. And the bird in Faron Woods was great mostly 'cause I got a kick out of paying only 1 rupee for everything 
The SS shopkeepers were interesting, but annoyed the heck out of me, especially the potions couple. Skip the stupid dialogue when I want to upgrade potions, and the "Hey ho!" every time I walk by. The shield seller was kind of annoying, but I liked his arrow pun, and the expression on his face when you decide against buying something is hilarious. Beedle annoyed me... the upgrade guy was fine. I liked him well enough. Peatrice is funny now because I told her it was love and she dances around whenever she sees me now.
