Neither. I tend to verbally express my thoughts. I tried to keep a journal once, but I couldn't find the motivation to keep writing everyday. Maybe my life isn't exciting enough. XD

Very much a dude.
If they're important, I record those thoughts, and write them down.

Typically happens when I'm writing music.

What's really fun is keeping separate lists for different "conditions" you find yourself in.

For example:
  • I have a list for when I'm..... herbally infused, if you will. That's a fun one. Useful things on there, also not as useful or random things are on there too.
  • I have a list for when I run out of my prescription Adderall for my ADHD, and that list is..... random and intrusive.
  • I have a list for my shower thoughts.
  • I have a list for various "girl dinners" that my wife loves.
  • Grocery lists are just boring.
  • I keep a normal to-do list, alongside calendar alerts on my phone, something that helps the ADHD, ya see.
  • I have various wish lists for various things on various websites. Those are fun.
I also wrote The List, in Lorule Lounge, but I'll never divulge what the nature of that list is......

I don't tend to write my thoughts down unless it is something like a to-do list or planning something out. I'll nearly always type something up these days and will rarely pull out a notepad to sketch out flow charts or something like that when I need to visualise something in that way.

I'm an everything-in-one place kind of person so everything I need to jot down is in either my notes app or a Google doc. Almost anything physical, I will inevitably lose.

Now if I were to lose my phone, we'd have an issue!
