Good pokémon, but learns mostly kick moves, like jump kick and high jump kick which ,when miss, deal heavy damage to itself. 8/10

I'm not a fan of Poison monsters, especially due to my experiences with Sabrina in the First Generation, but Arbok and Wheezing were as good as they got in those games.

Youngster Joey's Rattata
For those of you who don't get the joke, Joey would often call you randomly in Generation II just to tell you "My Rattata's in the top percentage of all Rattatas." Funnily enough, if you exploited the Catch Other Trainer's Pokemon glitch, Joey's Rattata does have better stats than any Rattata you will come across that is owned by a trainer.
