All of these are good moves, and they're not broken. Knock Off is able to take out an Aegislash in SHIELD FORME. Exactly how is that not ban-worthy?

Not to mention Crunch, Snarl, Feint attack, and Payback.
The 50% boost sets KO at nearly 100 BP, which is higher than nearly any other attack without a downside.

There are plans being thrown around concerning the Elite Four climbing the ladder. However, because of the anonymous nature of the first champion (and only the 1st will be anonymous), the first incarnation of the Elite Four will need to be content in their positions until the Champion is defeated.
Other suggestions are welcome.

Other Pokemon have Speed Boost too and some other Pokemon and mega evolutions have a higher attack stats.
Sure, I guess. I'm still not exactly sure what makes a Pokemon ban worthy.

Yeah but Speed Boost WITH Swords Dance AND pretty high attack is deadly. You'll understand if someone shows you.
