Wind Waker has officially taken the place that A Link to the Past once held (OoT's distant sequel) so it can no longer be placed there. Possibilities for ALttP on the CT are after TP, and likely after FSA. Otherwise, I agree with your timeline.

1. If Lttp goes after TP then how do you believe Ganon ends up in the sacred Realm? 2. Also if Ganon is killed in Twilight princess then why is he still alive for Lttp?

1. By a Seal War that is not OoT, possibly FSA, but that's another topic about similarities between FSA and the SW.

2. New Ganon. Unfortunately, this has to happen on every timeline, unless you don't think turning into a big rock is dying.
