Movies; alone or together?

It depends a lot on the kind of movie, but in general, if it’s the first time I’m watching a movie at home, I prefer to watch it by myself so the experience is not ruined for me and I can absorb and process everything in silence.

This extends to going to the cinema. I tend to watch films no one I know irl would go and see with me anyway so I often end up going by myself, which suits me fine.

I am a huge horror movie fan, but no one else I know besides a few people also appreciate/even try to watch horror movies, so I almost always watch those alone. Movies such as Ready Player One, (movies that I have read and the whole rest of my family has read as a book) I see with them or friwnds that have read it. My dad and I always love a good action movie (right now we are watching the Godfather series though)
