Master Quest wasn't remake so much as a port, the only thing they remade were the dungeons. And my answer will be, yes and no. They will probably fuse the dungeon design of both games. If it was a port, expect the exact same dungeons, since it is a remake, don't think that the dungeons will be that familiar.
