No agenda? You use a binder, right? Put a paper in front of your math notes, and write down your homework on it every day.

You can try other ways to remember too. Like tying a string on your finger Or you can put a reminder in your phone or something.

If you are slow in picking up, then there is probably some basic that you don't understand. I suggest you ask your teacher if you can come in one time and they can help you out. Don't say "Alright" and do nothing. Ask.
