I'd love to join, but I've never played Mafia. I've played Town of Salem, if that's similar. If anyone could tell me how to play, or whatever, I'll play.

Town of Salem and Mafia are pretty similar, so I'd encourage a shot at this game! If you need them, there are a few stickied threads about Mafia's rules/a beginner's guide atop the mafia subforum!

Town and Mafia are based on the same party game. It's pretty much the same, just with some differences in roles and medium.

Look at some of these and in general look at some of the basic games. It may seem daunting at first, and if you read all the articles you will burn yourself out, but exploring a little and jumping in leads to more fun than you'd think.

Also now is the perfect time to play. We haven't had a game in a while so the meta isn't defined right now on ZD.

Town of Salem was a knock off of Mafia. The guy who made it was on ZD but pretended to play mafia but was really stealing it for his own nefarious plan.
