Janice gasped in shock and backed away from the thing Steel had detected and was now tying up. It was so ugly, and animalistic, yet nothing like any animal she'd seen... It was a monster. It had to be. The rumors were true. There really were monsters in the world! But so close to her home? Oh Din, this can't be good. Not at all...

 

[Nakkuru]

" Do you um... want me to escort you home... "

 

[TatlTails]

"Uh-umm..." Janice was still in a bit of shock at seeing a monster for the first time. "Yeah. That'd be nice."

 

[Nakkuru]

Steel folded out a little wooden step on his backpack " um... if you get on I can... run us there... "

 

[TatlTails]

She looked at the step kind of oddly for a minute, then mentally shrugged and said "OK." She got on and held tight. "Ready when you are!"

 

[Nakkuru]

the second she was on he jumped 10 feet in the air and stood on top of a tree, as he jumped from tree top to tree top

 

[TatlTails]

Janice started laughing in surprise and joy. They were jumping through the trees like those monkeys that lived in the deep part of the woods! This was awesome! She told Steel so.

 

[Nakkuru]

" um... so were is your house? "

 

[TatlTails]

"Oh, right." Janice chickled sheepishly. "It's to the south, at the first clearing after Ordon Spring."

 

[Nakkuru]

his sharp eyes looked in that direction and he saw it right away as he jumped and in a flash they were right infront of her house

 

[TatlTails]

"Whoa, cool!" Janice gawked as she stepped off of Steel's backpack thing. "You're really fast, you know that?"

 

[Nakkuru]

VERY quickly he folded it back up as he nodded

 

[TatlTails]

She giggled at Steel's actions. He was funny. "Thank you, by the way, for doing that."

 

[Nakkuru]

He nodded again " No problem... "

 

[TatlTails]

"You wanna come inside and rest for a minute?" It was only polite to offer. Plus, she didn't want him to leave just yet. She got lonely pretty easily, since she didn't have very many friends.
