The Minish Cap Light...arrows.

So I did it. I made another file, and went out of my way to get the light arrows. i did everything right, fused kinstones with Stranger, went through the portal, cured the old man and everything! the only thing he gave me is 200 mysterious shells! Where are my light arrows?! @__________@

You'll get it alright, AFTER you save Gregal from the ghost, after he gives you 200 mysterious shells, and AFTER you obtained access to the top of the clouds. Meaning you'll get it after you have all other three elements besides the wind element.
