I just quoted the whole "The flow of time is always cruel" speech to my dad. He said "ah, Shakespeare" To which I replied "no, it's Sheikspeare" and um now I kind of hate myself lol

Something similar happened today

My dad has a sty and was microwaving rice in a sock and said it was good for drawing out the infection

And that immediately made me think of Hollow Knight with the infection and the No Eyes boss and I was gonna make a joke about the infection part but it sounded better in my head and he wouldn’t get it so I didn’t say it
