I Think I Heard About a Place with a Lot of Remlits

So I think I heard some where on skyloft that there are a lot of remlits if this place exists how do you get there and can you get to it after the goddesses statue falls

There is a clawshot target on the left when approaching the big goddess statue that takes you over the wall into a flower patch full of them.

Though fun i can spend hours tossing remlits off skyloft and watch them come back only to start attacking them and bombing them.

They are not there once the statue falls. Only before it falls. I missed that inquiry in the original poster's post.
