So here I will be posting a hunger games fan fiction. I was originally going to make this a short film with my friends but we never got around to it so I will just post the story here. I got the Pov idea from Myriad Viper 42's hunger games fan fics . I am using this pov because it allows me to tell the story from the eyes of all the tributes. I hope you enjoy it! (POV stands for point of view)

Torren Polluck
District 3

It was raining on the day of the reaping. It set the perfect mood for such a horrible day. I was just standing with all the other fourteen year old boys in my district when I heard district 3's escort (Whose name I can't remember because we get a different escort almost every year) announce the name of the female tribute for our district. "Emira Randovere" I stood there in shock. that was my older cousin. I watched as Emira approached the stage with a single tear rolling down her cheek. "Now for our male tribute" our escort says as she fishes a name out of the bowl. She holds up one of the tiny pieces of paper and announces "Torren Polluck!" What are the chances of both me and Emira's names being drawn? When i get to the stage I look Emira right in the eye. I can tell that she's thinking what I'm thinking." Ladies and gentlemen our tributes Torren Polluck and Emira Randovere!"says our escort before she rushes us off to the visiting rooms.

Zerrum Bantrick
District 12
Effie Trinket's voice rang out amongst the sound of the train moving along the track. "Rise and shine everyone! We have a big big day ahead of us. We have to be wide awake when we arrive at the capitol!" "Shut up Effie, I'm trying to sleep!" I heard Talia yell from her room "Yea Effie, It's 5am and we don't get to the capitol 'till at least 7." Shouts Haymitch from his room. " But we have to be ready when we get there!" "Fine I'm coming but only because I can't fall back asleep." Talia says. I drag myself out of bed and head to the shower. Once everyone has eaten and gotten dressed It's around 6:30. Soon I see huge cities and bright lights and I instantly realize that we are are there.

Pretty good chapter, you might want to make the paragraphs quite a bit smaller, and add more detail, I flew straight through it. Other then that, it was fine.

Sorry if the first post seemed rushed but I wrote it at like 2am and I didn't bother to put paragraphs or too much detail but this next part will be much better.

Ross Heller
District 4

I don't usually like to show off, but that's exactly what I did during training. I only did it to show the careers not to mess with me. When training first started the careers tried to recruit my twin sister and I (yea I know it's weird that we are both here and I'm starting to think that it's not a coincidence) I refused their offer but my sister joined them. I haven't spoken to her since.
So anyway I think I did pretty good considering I'm 14 and got a higher score then most of the older tributes(I got a 12) what did I do you ask? Well I showed off by creating a fishing hook out of a piece of wire. then I picked up a bow and some arrows. I drew back the string, relaxed and released. the arrow sunk right into a training dummy's forehead. I shot a few more arrows and then picked up a sword with a curved blade. I chose a dummy a began my fierce flurry of attacks, each blow striking the dummy in a different spot. I then sunk my sword into the dummy's stomach. I proceeded to the the swimming area where I held my breath underwater for 3 minuets. When I got out I was dismissed by the head gamemaker. They all looked amazed.
It was only during the interviews that I realized that there were actually quite a few tributes my age this year. There was the boy from 3, the boy from 12, the girl from 10, the boy from 8, the girl from 5, and of course, my sister and I. A few other tributes stood out to me during the interviews. Like the girl from 12 with her witty and sarcastic comments,The boy from 5 who showed that he could turn out to be a great leader, the boy from 1 who seemed overly confident, and the boy from 10 who actually seemed a little insane.
But all that's over now. Right now I'm standing in the elevator, about to be lifted into the arena, the place where nightmares become a reality.
