How old were you when you got into Zelda

I remember being 6 or 7 and going my best friend's house and wanting to play games on his NES. He rolled open the game/vhs drawer and we looked through them. Paper Boy, Mario...wow, a golden cartrige! We popped it in and took turns dying again and again, what fun!

I was a wee bab of 6 years old when I got my first console and first game: Ocarina of Time for the N64. I don't remember much of back then, but I do recall playing around in the basement entertainment area of our old house, playing random songs on the Ocarina to show my mom cuz I thought it was really cool at the time.
