A Link to the Past How Do You Throw a Bomb?

I'm in the 4th dungeon in the Dark World and I saved one of the maiden, but she wasn't in a crystal. When I was at the entrance, she told me not to go there. I immediately say that she was an imposter. I took her to the boss room to see if she'll transform, but nothing. I didn't know what to do and I looked at the walkthrough. It said to blow up one of the floor that was shined by the light. It told me to throw a bomb, but I don't know how to throw a bomb. I don't want to waste bombs, so if you know, please tell me and I'll thank you.

To pick it up, stand in front of the bomb after you've placed it and press the button that would normally activate the Pegusus Boots, then press it again to toss.

1:set the bomb
2:pick it up
3:run towards your target (don't try using your pegasus boots)
4"*while running* press A
