How Do You Pronounce Race/Location Names?

I never really questioned the way I pronounced many words in the Zelda universe, however after watching AxleTheBeast's last Mailbag, I realized I'm sure there are a lot of different ways to pronounce things I never thought of. These are the few words I want to focus on:

Gerudo: I pronounce it as jer-oo-do, basically as it's spelled but with a j sound instead of a hard g.
Deku: I pronounce it as dee-ku.
Faron: Basically I pronounce it as far-un, instead of farOn.

So, am I wrong? Does anyone else have different ways of pronouncing these names? Is there some official pronouncing of words source I'm missing!? Feel free to tell other words and how you pronounce them as well!

I have yet to hear any official pronunciation. I only correct it if it's horribly wrong. Such as pronouncing "Deku" as "doo-koo". No, that's a Star Wars villain.

I pronounce things like-

Hylian - Hill-ee-in
Kaepora Gaebora - Kuh-pora Guh-bora
Farore - Fair-roar
Ocarina - Ok-a-reen-a
Faron - Fair-on
Kokiri - Koh-kir-ee

I pronounce stuff based upon how I first see it.

Same here. I had trouble even getting sound out for Nayru and Lanayru the first time I saw it.

Oh, there are already several threads about pronunciations, like
http://zeldadungeon.net/forum/showthread.php?16974-Pronunciation
http://zeldadungeon.net/forum/showthread.php?10950-Pronounciations
where I already posted lots of my pronunciations so I won't repeat them here. I think that anyone can pronounce stuff like they want to, but I do think that "Gerudo" is supposed to be pronounced with a real "g" (as in "get") and not "dzh" because the Japanese spelling makes it clear: It's ゲルド and not ジェルド.
