With the abundance of game trailers, leaks, and gameplay shown online, spoilers have been more and more difficult to avoid. Although I guess the relatively easy solution to avoid getting spoiled for something it to simply avoid watching anything about it.
Personally, I feel that even watching gameplay and trailers is a spoiler in itself, as the experience is just a little bit less new or fresh than if I had seen whatever it was for myself for the first time. This is why I was so glad that very little of BotW was spoiled for me. I'd say that almost the entirety of my experience in BotW was completely new to me, and I'm very glad it was.
But how do you all feel about spoilers? What is a spoiler for you? Is it seeing any part of a game, or the story, or just the gameplay? And do you avoid spoilers or don't worry about avoiding them at all?
