Hi
I'm new here, not sure if right section. I recently took out my old gamecube games to play them on my Wii, but they look so bad on my LOEWE tv, and there was nothing I could do to make them look good. Is it possible that new tv sets don't support 50 or 60 hz? If so, what kind of tv or pc screen would help?

Thanx a lot.

Weird. What kind of connections do you use to hook the Wii to the TV?

The given one: Sorry, I'm like a caveman in this matters...

It's flatscreen and hd, a loewe but I don't remember the model. It was a wedding gift so three years ago it was the last model.
Old game consoles that don't use HDMI cables don't look too goodon modern flat sreen TVs.

maybe consider using component cables for the GCN: http://www.amazon.com/Gamecube-Comp...008&sr=8-1&keywords=gamecube+progressive+scan

This cable MAY help a little bit but I'm not sure.
