Has Link ever talked in a game? Would you want him to?

Link tends to give a lot of dialog in his text box options in Breath of the Wild, probably more vocal in that game than any other. Haven't played Tears of the Kingdom, but I imagine it's the same.

Just read the Mangas if you want Link to talk also the Hero Shade talks and he is the Hero of Time so Link always could speak but the players invented Link dialogues
