Did you save it to your hard drive? never do that! Use the link. It is only 25 kb so it should fit and otherwise use this:

The size isn't the problem, it's the fact that it's 25 KB and the maximum is 19.5.
I know that I'm familiar with this problem but 99% of the time you avoid this by adding the URL instead of the pic on your local drive. But I made it smaller for you. It is 18 kb so it SHOULD work. if it still won't you must follow my advice and upload the file to a host like tinypic so you can choose the url and add it.

I only had to re open the file and save it again and change the kb size! I created your avy but you tested it and told me what I had to do so we did it together!
