Good Game Music Suggestions?

I'm trying to build a good library of video game music so I can music swap it all onto Brawl. I've already replaced the menu music with Dragon Soul and Head Chala from DBZ and Orange Range by Asterisk from Bleach. However I'm looking for some more music to use on various stages. My main priority is getting some very upbeat fighting music for Final Destination and Battlefield.

Star Ocean 3 - Victory Bell, Cutting Edge of Notion, Divine Spirit of Language, Bitter Dance...etc.
Star Ocean 4 - Blood on the Keys
Kingdom Hearts 2 - everything (Sinister Sundown, the Encounter, Sinister Shadows, etc)

Everything from Silent Hill 2, 3 and 4

Metroid Prime also has some decent music.

Skyward Sword, Metroid Prime, Megaman Zero, and Kingdom Hearts 3D each have incredibly stellar soundtracks with tracks ranging from achingly beautiful to adrenaline-pumping intense. You should check them out.

Super Mario: Koopaling Battle Music, Super Mario Galaxy Final Boss Music, Super Mario Galaxy (in general), Super Mario 64 Music, VS. Metal Mario Music (Super Smash Bros.)
Pokémon: Any Champion Theme (especially VS. Red/Lance), Any Legendary Music (Kyorge/Groudon Battle is a great one)
Sonic The Hedgehog: All Super Sonic Songs, Any Final Battle Theme from Sonic Console games (such SA, SA2: Battle, SatSR, SatBK, Sonic Colors, Sonic Unleashed)
The Legend of Zelda: All Battle Music/Themes from Skyward Sword and the Main Theme of Skyward Sword.

Thanks ! I looked into Metroid Prime a bit. It's been a while since I've played that so I couldn't remember most of the music. Also I never thought about Kingdom Hearts lol.

Although it may not be extremely up beat, I recommend music from Chrono Cross. It's some of the best out there. Specifically, Time's Scar, it is a beautiful song that sends chills down my spine every time I hear it.

 

[Ronin]

This is site right here is a very reliable resource for many great VG soundtracks. I suggest you look around and listen to the vast assortment that they have.

As for some recommendations off the top of my head:

F-Zero - Unforgettable rock.
Halo - Epic orchestral anthems.
Castlevania - Almost surreal RPG music.
Xenoblade - A mixture of rock and RPG.
Final Fantasy - Same as Xenoblade, but arguably better.
Kid Icarus - Orchestral adventure music; reminds me of Zelda in some ways.
Okami - Beautiful Chinese-oriented tracks. It's huge, though.
Dynasty Warrior - Tremendous upbeat rock, specifically from DW4 and DW7.
Legend of Spyro - Mostly backed by a choir.
Mega Man ZX - Awesome combination of rock/techno.

Most of these can already be found on the site I linked. The rest will take some searching, but you'll enjoy them on their own. Hope this helps! =)

Almost any Final Fantasy battle theme will work. That includes boss themes.

Seconding Thareous's list. Also, any themes from Final Fantasy will work. Especially those from Final Fantasy Tactics.

Fire Emblem has some good battle themes too, like Clash of Two Virtues and Battle of Pride. Also hailing from the same company as Fire Emblem, Advance Wars sports some sweet beats like Hope Never Dies and Jake's Theme.
