Force Gem 6 Problem

I got to the Goron village in the Fire Realm, got the freight car and went on to the force gems that needed to be collected I can not find the goron that wants a ride to anouki village. I started the second file and got to the same place but he still was not there. Where is he supposed to be? Thanks for the help.

Did you beat the Fire Temple yet? I couldn't find that Goron either until I finished the Fire Temple.

Thanks, no I had not finished fire temple yet, I was looking for it after reading the guide that said it was after obtaining the freight car, I'll try again. thank you!
