Hookshot and clawshot are definitely top items.

Double Clawshots are high up the list for me, alog with the Grappling Hook in The Wind Waker. I loved using it to steal items from enemies before killing them.
I don't really know why but I always loved using the Mole Mitts in The Minish Cap. Kinda wish they'd been used more often.

Light Arrows from WW were awesome.
I liked the Fierce Deity's Mask from MM.
The clawshots, hookshots, longshots, and grappling hook were fun as well.
Boomerang from PH, I liked controlling it.
