TPHD-Wii U Cave of Shadow help?

Let me just say this is so frustrating i can't see myself doing it on hero mode i can't even get past it on normal mode. Are there any tips you guys have to beating the cave of shadows? I would appreciate it alot.

Be conscious of everything around you. Don't run into an attack just because you're feeling bold.
