I mentioned in the rules and in the vote counts that half majority (4 votes) were required this day, not majority.

With that said, I have some vote counting to do, gimme a couple minutes.

Wow! What a day!

Mellow Ezlo was just having a regular, busy day working Pasta Tuesday at Boston Pizza (I was gonna do a bit about Tim Hortons but then I realized I work at a Canadian restaurant chain already soooo yeah... don't dox pls thx) when he came home and got really scared because he thought Storm had smashed himself with a hammer! But, as it turned out, he hadn't, as he used the hammer just slightly too late. But did it matter? Unfortunately, it did not, as Storm had ended the day with the most votes anyhow and had exceeded the 4-vote minimum required for a ((I ain't gonna say lynch because that word has negative connotations uwu so I'll go with something a little more friendly and Canadian :))) brutal slaughter in which his guts get torn out and his throat slashed while his feet are severed and his eyeballs scooped out with a spoon. Everybody simply stood by and watched, drinking beer (Molson Canadian of course, screw the other brands [also beer ain't that good but shhh]) and munching on butter tarts made by Mellow Ezlo's incredible Grandmother - and himself, of course.

After this was all over, everybody grabbed a bowl of popcorn and sat down to watch a slideshow of Jim Carrey pictures whilst reflecting on the crazy events of the past day.

They took a glance over at Storm, his bald head reflecting in the light of a gorgeous bonfire, and knew they had made a mistake, as all that was left of their favourite funny person was a bottle of hand sanitizer and a silver briefcase with the number 1 on it and $0.01 written inside.

Storm was Howie Mandel
Hey, how ya doin Storm? Welcome to Canadian Mafia II!

Did you know that two of the most well-known American Game Show hosts are/were Canadian? That’s right! In this game, you will be playing the role of Howie Mandel. Beginning your career as a comedian, you have built your career from your standup comedy act as well as being a figure in reality television, having a dedicated segment on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno and arguably being best known as the host of Deal or No Deal. Outside of comedy, you have occasionally dove into the world of cinema, voicing Gizmo in the hit film Gremlins and its sequel. Most recently, you have enjoyed your place as the longest standing judge on the America’s Got Talent judging panel (ironically enough a panel that does not consist of any Americans) and a show at the MGM Grand Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas. You are well-known for being outspoken about your Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, gaining a reputation as a germaphobe, a common subject of your stand-up routines.

In this game, you are town aligned and must work together with the rest of the townies to bring down the mafia. In order to emerge victorious, you simply need to eliminate every member of the opposing team from the game.

All D1 questions and the correct answers:

This popular television series kickstarted the career of a prominent rapper who would go on to earn several Billboard records, including the most charted songs of any artist in history. - Degrassi: The Next Generation (accepted "Degrassi"). The show kickstarted Drake's career, who is now one of the most successful artists in the industry.
Referred to as the "Birthplace of Confederation", this province was the site of an 1864 conference which directly led to the eventual signing of Canada as a nation in 1867 through a series of acts that received royal assent by the British monarch whose father became its namesake. - Prince Edward Island. The Charlottetown Conference was held in 1864 in the capital city, Charlottetown, and was when the leaders of the 4 colonies came together to discuss uniting as a federated state, partially sparked by fear of being invaded by the United States during the Civil War. Interestingly, despite being the place where confederation was signed, Prince Edward Island was not connected to the Canadian mainland until 1997.
These are the three colonies that came together in 1867 to form the Dominion of Canada. - Canada, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia. Canada was made up of the colonies of Upper Canada and Lower Canada, which became Canada West and Canada East (technically as simply the Province of Canada), and later Ontario and Quebec respectively.
Canada Day is a national holiday that commemorates Canada’s birth in 1867, celebrated annually on the anniversary which occurs on this day. - July 1. Often undershadowed by 4th of July, Canada Day is a statutory holiday everywhere in Canada and is often celebrated with parades and fireworks shows. In 2017, Ottawa had a massive Canada Day celebration in recognition of Canada's 150th birthday.
This famous freeway, which connects to the United States via Windsor, Ontario and runs to the Quebec border, has a section through the centre of Toronto which at peak hours is North America's busiest highway. - Highway 401, or McDonald Cartier Freeway. Infamous for having some of the worst traffic congestion in North America, with bumper to bumper traffic during peak hours even in spite of it being a whopping 18 lanes wide. Carrying around 500,000 vehicles daily during peak times, it is the busiest highway in North America, surpassing Los Angeles's Santa Monica Freeway and I-75 through Atlanta.
This Alberta Provincial Park is one of the richest locations for Dinosaur fossils in the world, having been the place of discovery of 58 unique dinosaur species and the location of over 500 signs of prehistoric life; the town of Drumheller and the Royal Tyrell Museum of Palaentology, which houses one of the world's largest collections of authentic dinosaur fossils, are located nearby. - Dinosaur Provincial Park. The Alberta badlands offer some of the most beautiful landscapes in Canada outside of the Rocky Mountains and the maritimes, and Dinosaur Provincial Park is truly a sight to behold. The Royal Tyrell Museum is a popular tourist destination in the small town of Drumheller, while the town itself is home to a large fiberglass T-Rex, known as the "World's Largest Dinosaur", and which can be entered and climbed!
This is the ironic name for a variation of a popular Italian dish, named after an American state, invented in Canada by a Greek man, most prominently featuring an ingredient native to South America. - Hawaiian Pizza. I've always found it ironic that not only does this pizza have very little to do with Hawaii (except for ham, but even then spam would've made more sense as Hawaii is America's largest Spam consumer) since pineapple is native to the tropics of South America. Not only that, but it's not even American, as Sam Panopoulos, a Greek man, lived in Canada most of his life and invented the dish in Chatham, Ontario.
This company, incorporated via English royal charter in 1670, once owned most of the land in what would become western and northern Canada, and controlled much of the fur trade between Europe and British North America; now, it still exists as a chain of department stores. - Hudson's Bay Company, or HBC. The land that would become the Canadian prairie provinces and the northern territories was owned by the company before Canada purchased it in 1870, an area of land known as Rupert's Land. The department store was once called The Bay, but now it is referred to as Hudson's Bay.

And here's a random fact for you all: The airport code for Toronto Pearson International Airport (the busiest airport in Canada) is YYZ. If that sounds familiar, it's because the Canadian band Rush has a song named after it. In the intro to the song, the band plays the letters YYZ in morse code!
