How the underwater cave in Kakariko graveyard in TP somehow leads to Lake Hylia?

Yeah, an underground river of sorts is the most feasible solution, especially considering how many gorges and canyons there are (ones that have been carved out by rivers). I'll edit in a map later to show you :3 But it is actually fairly plausible when you look at it.

i guessed it just kinda flows underneath the graveyard and exits out to the feild because myimoto said so. then again why does the zora river not freeze again since it's so close to all that ice

It's kind of like asking how Young Link held his breath for so long when he took the tiny waterway from Zora's Domain to Lake Hylia. It's just a gameplay aspect, one that doesn't really need a logical reason behind it. It's just there to help the game flow more smoothly.
